Functional Features
Excellent sealing performance: Adopting double-lip design, the main lip prevents oil leakage and the secondary lip blocks dust and other impurities. Self-tightening spring ensures stable sealing force under various conditions.
Good compatibility: Adaptable to different working environments, strong chemical stability.
Temperature resistance: stable performance over a temperature range of -26°C to +250°C.
Material
NBR: Good mechanical properties and abrasion resistance, moderate oil and fuel resistance.
FKM: Excellent aging, heat and oil resistance for high temperature applications.
Other materials: e.g. VMQ, FVMQ, EPDM, ACM, HNBR and FFKM to meet different requirements.
Application Areas
Widely used in automobile engines, gearboxes and bearings, as well as machinery, electrical appliances, cylinders, pumps, valves and chemical pipes.
